The 18-year-old royal, who is second in line to the Dutch throne behind her sister Princess Catharina-Amalia, joined her parents Queen Máxima and King Willem-Alexander and her two sisters in Emmen.
The annual festivities celebrate the birthday of King Willem-Alexander, who turns 57 today, but it was the young princess who caught the spotlight on Saturday.
Alexia, who was with her 20-year-old sister Amalia and 17-year-old Ariane, stunned in a fitted cream dress, which she wore with a burnt orange overcoat and heels.

Queen Maxima also dressed to impress today, in an olive green gown and statement headpiece - which featured a number of delicate butterflies fashioned on a band.
The queen also wore a pair of pearl drop earrings, and kept her make-up simple.
The family walked a route through the town, collecting gifts of flowers and greeting onlookers who had gathered to wish the royal family well on King's Day.
